Software management has never been so easy and fun but still there are some people that resist to the change. We wanted to give a boost to our research institute and did a practical git + gitlab session. Running gitlab community edition on Docker can’t be easier: docker run gitlab/gitlab-ce (only a few volumes more if you want persistence). With it there is no excuses to start using it tomorrow or better, start today.
